Can I join more than one level at the same time?+
Yes! All classes are taught by Max, so there are no scheduling conflicts between levels. Even across different levels like A1 and A2, you can follow more than one class simultaneously to accelerate your progress.
Is there a minimum age?+
There's no minimum age, but the course is designed for adults in both content and teaching style. Students under approximately 12 may find the classes difficult or less engaging, as the methodology is not adapted for children.
Is there a class size limit?+
Yes. There's a limit to ensure class quality and participation for everyone. To check availability: if clicking the enrolment button takes you directly to the payment page, there are spots available. If it takes you to a waitlist form, the class is full.
What if the live class times don't work for me?+
Not ideal, but not a problem. All classes are recorded and available in our IC members area. You can watch the recordings whenever you want, complete the activities and ask questions even after the class.
What does each class look like?+
Each class is 30 minutes. It starts with an explanation of new content (grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation or real-life situations). After 5–10 minutes, you put it into practice: writing in the chat, answering questions and speaking. At the end, there are challenges and tasks to keep practising between classes.
How do I access the live classes?

After payment, you will receive a link to access our platform. Log in, find the course you are enrolled in, and click on Current Chapter. Inside, locate Next Lesson. Clicking on Next Lesson will take you to the page containing the Google Meet link for the upcoming live lesson.
How does payment work? Can I pay from overseas?

Payment is a monthly recurring subscription. Buyers can pay in more than 20 currencies depending on their location, including US Dollar (USD), Euro (EUR), British Pound (GBP), Japanese Yen (JPY), Brazilian Real (BRL), Mexican Peso (MXN), and many more. Currency display and conversion are handled automatically at checkout.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes, cancel anytime with no fees or penalties. Cancelling simply means you won't be charged the following month. We also offer a 7-day full refund guarantee, if you're not satisfied, just request it.
How long does the course last?+
The course has no end date. Each chapter lasts 30 days with 20 live classes. When the final chapter is complete, the course cycles back to the beginning, letting you keep building confidence and fluency. You stay for as long as you want.
Can I join even if the course has already started?+
Yes! You can join at any time. All previous classes are recorded and available on our platform. You can watch at your own pace or jump straight into the current class, both work perfectly.
How does the affiliate programme work?+
We have an affiliate programme. Refer a friend and if they join using your link, you earn 30% of what they pay. Full details are in a video in the members area. Three referrals and the course is essentially free for you!
How do I change levels?+
If you find your current level too easy or too difficult, you can switch at any time. Simply cancel your current subscription and sign up for the level you want. You can also try two different levels at the same time to see which suits you best.
Do I get a certificate?+
Yes. After completing the 20 classes of a chapter, you'll have access to a certificate for your level, available to print at the end of the chapter, signed by Max Inglott.
